hmmm

IE9 did not give me the option to view the cert (or I didn't see the option), it just stalled at the 'this site is dangerous' screen.

I just checked and when you do the self cert thing, you don't have the option to specify the keyring cipher strength.

Have we just been backed into a corner and need to get a trusted root certificate or is there some process that lets me create a self cert with a higher cipher strength?

Thanks for the assist. I'm off to check out admin help to see if I can find anything.
